The IEEE WIE ISSAT Sousse Student Affinity Group organized the first edition of the “Girl Day” in conjunction with the International Celebration of “Girl Global Day” and “Engineering Week” on 26th February 2016.
Girl Day 2016 was an opportunity to present to WIE members and students the mission of IEEE Women In Engineering and its benefits and to make young women and girls more aware of engineering as a potential career choice.
In this event, the IEEE WIE Tunisia Affinity Group chair, Dr.Boudour Ammar has presented the upcoming events of the WIE Tunisia as she has launched the IEEE STAR program.
The IEEE WIE ISSAT Sousse Student AG is honoured to be represented by its Chairwoman, Abir Chermiti, in the International Leadership Conference, IEEE WIE ILC 2016.
