The 17th edition of Univ-Expo ofSfaxwas held from 07 till 9 July, 2015 in the space of Sfax International Fair. It was organized by the University of Sfax.It consisted of the participation of about tens of universities, public research centers and institutions and private institutions.This event is an opportunity to discover areas related to technology transfer, entrepreneurship, presentation of scientific equipment and academic clubs.
The exhibition included several booths dedicated to important graduation projects, scientists, laboratories and research units. The projects of cooperation with foreign institutions were exposed as well. At this event, a policy space has been in favor of new students to advise and direct their choices towards specialties with high employability.
As usual, IEEE ENIS Student Branch participated to this event by preparing a booth there. The booth contained brochures, magazines and posters to advertisethe services given by IEEE. IEEE members encouraged the fair visitors not only to join the IEEE community but also to be an active member in one or more of IEEE societies such as RAS.
The presence of Women was highly noticeable.They come to the fair either as visitors or exhibitors. Tens of female engineers visited the fair in order to ensure the main role played by women in the research, technological and social life.
